  • Is virtual therapy confidential?
    I use only HIPAA compliant scheduling, messaging, video session and payment platforms for your confidentiality. Everything said within the therapy session is completely confidential with a few exceptions: You sign a written consent or authorization for your information to be disclosed (e.g. a healthcare provider, insurance company, etc.) You are in danger of harming yourself or are planning on harming another person There is reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect against a minor, elderly person or dependent adult
  • How many sessions do I need?
    I take an individualized approach to therapy. Length of time in therapy depends on what you are working on, your preference and improvement in your mental health.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. If not, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • What are your service rates?
    All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA compliant video software. Initial Consultation – Free of Charge/15 Minutes Individual Counseling - $180/50 Minutes Conjoint with Child & Caregiver(s) - $195/60 Minutes Group Therapy - $75 (Maximum Eight Members)/90 Minutes Individual Professional Supervision - $100/50 Minutes Group Professional Supervision - $50/60 Minutes I offer a limited number of slots for individuals with financial need. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. All payments must be paid upfront. I will provide you with a receipt of services or super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage, including information about your deductible and out-of-pocket max.
